Meeting Your Needs is committed to advancing the missions of 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations that empower marginalized youth. Through our volunteer administrative support—offered three times annually—we strengthen operational capacity, streamline processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Our services include meeting planning, file management, and staff coaching, as well as full-scale event planning: venue selection, vendor coordination, marketing, promotion, and on-site execution. By handling the details, we enable non-profits to focus on what matters most—creating lasting impact in the lives of youth.
Administrative Assistance:
Meeting Planning:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.

Arrange venues, catering, and necessary equipment for meetings and conferences.

Prepare agendas and distribute materials ahead of meetings to ensure participants are well-prepared.​
File Maintenance:

Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.

Develop and implement efficient filing systems to streamline document retrieval.

Update records and databases regularly to reflect current information and ensure accuracy.​
Administrative Tasks:

Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.

Staff Coaching:

Venue Selection: Identify and recommend venues that fit the budget, size, and event needs.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate with caterers, decorators, AV teams, and rental vendors. Gather quotes, negotiate rates, and help finalize contracts.

Event Timeline: Create a detailed timeline with milestones and deadlines to keep planning on track.

Budget Management: Build and monitor the event budget to ensure all expenses stay aligned with financial goals.

Program Planning: Assist in developing the gala program—speakers, entertainment, auctions, and activities.
